使用快速分析用色譜柱Shodex IC SI-35 4D分析三元羧酸檸檬酸和烏頭酸。SI-35 4D能分離檸檬酸、異檸檬酸、順式烏頭酸、反式烏頭酸。


Sample : 20 μL
1. Citric acid 10 mg/L
2. Isocitric acid 50 mg/L
3. trans-Aconitic acid 20 mg/L
4. cis-Aconitic acid 20 mg/L

 
 
Column       : Shodex IC SI-35 4D (4.0 mm I.D. x 150 mm)
Eluent       : 9.0 mM Na2CO3 aq.
Flow rate    : 0.6 mL/min
Detector     : Suppressed conductivity
Column temp. : 45 °C
